This draw encompassed candidates from all immigration programs. The minimum required score for this draw was 542 points, which is 19 points lower than the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was applied to candidates who submitted their profiles before November 6, 2023, at 14:40:23 UTC. As of December 17, 2023, the Express Entry pool has 208,638 registered profiles. In the year 2023, Canada issued a total of 108,196 ITAs through the Express Entry draw.
