The cut-off score for this draw was set at 435 points. The tie-breaking rule applied for this round was based on submissions made by August 30, 2023, at 17:30:21 UTC. As of December 20, 2023, the Express Entry pool had a total of 208,638 registered profiles. Throughout the year 2023, Canada granted 109,866 ITAs through various draws conducted under the Express Entry system.
