The tie-breaking criterion used for this selection was applicants who submitted their profiles before October 2, 2023, at 15:25:30 UTC. As of October 10, 2023, there are a total of 213,592 profiles registered within the Express Entry pool. Throughout the year 2023, Canada issued 89,773 ITAs as part of the Express Entry draws.
