On July 4, 2023, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw, where they issued 700 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates. This draw encompassed all immigration programs. The cut-off score in round #253 was 511 points, representing an increase of 25 points compared to the previous all-program draw. As of July 4, 2023, there are 214,529 profiles in the Express Entry pool, which is 5,474 profiles fewer than the previous update. In 2023, Canada has issued a total of 60,248 ITAs through the seventeenth Express Entry draws. The CRS score of 511 in this all-program draw is the highest so far in 2023.

- Trades, such as carpenters, plumbers, and contractors
