Commencing on December 1, 2023, the Canadian Government will enact yearly modifications to inadmissibility fees applicable to foreign nationals seeking status changes within Canada. These adjustments are calculated in accordance with inflation rates from April 2018, leading to an increase of approximately 13.77% in application fees as stipulated by the Service Fees Act (SFA). The government may contemplate issuing partial refunds or remissions in cases where service standards are not met. Consequently, as of December 1, 2023, the inadmissibility fees will be adjusted to reflect these changes:

– Restore your status as a student and get a new study permit – $379.77
– Temporary resident permit – $229.77
