The cut-off score for this draw was 463 points, which was 13 points lower than the previous healthcare Express Entry draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was set on June 19, 2023, at 06:41:05 UTC. As of July 4, 2023, the Express Entry pool had 214,529 registered profiles. Throughout this year, Canada has issued a total of 62,248 ITAs through the Express Entry draws.
On May 31, an announcement was made by Sean Fraser, the Canadian Minister of Immigration, indicating that Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has finalized the creation of Occupation-specific draws for Express Entry. These categories are as follows:
